Vinyl and fiberglass are typically 3-4 months. Gunite is typically 6-7 months. Schedule is dependent upon the weather. However since covid supply issues still remain and can extend the time the project takes.
Our construction crew has dedicated diggers who are trained to dig the pool to spec. Any over-dig or under-dig can create delays and issues with pool install.
These are the general starting price points. These ranges include building and electrical permits, excavation, installation, standard pool equipment, 4ft of concrete deck on sides with 8ft on the end, start up chemicals and maintenance equipment.
Please note: Exact cost depends on total scope of work. Mr. Campbell will have to do a site visit to create a project proposal for you.
We can come out for a site visit once you own the property and the foundation of the house is poured/laid. If you would like confirmation that a pool can fit before purchasing a property please send us pictures of the yard along with any site drawings. If you have a septic system we will need an official site drawing of the drainage field.
Our crew will do a final machine grade on any disturbed areas. We do not plant trees or do anything with grass.
We will work alongside a general contractor if you’d like to do your own coping, deck, or outside living space. Please note with the deck we will have to coordinate electrical bonding inspections.
We sometimes subcontract out aspects of the project: tile installation, paver or travertine deck, electrical hook up, gas hook up
