Campbell's Parts Department is one of the largest in East Tennessee.  Located at the Papermill store, we stock thousands of parts and pieces to fit all makes and models of pool and spa equipment. 

We don’t just sale parts, we also build custom pools and spas, as well as sale Hot Spring Portable Spas. Our everyday involvement in the industry keeps our technicians up-to-date with the latest pieces and parts from hundreds of parts manufacturers. We make every attempt to keep the most common parts and pieces readily available.

If it’s an old part or just a hard-to-match-up part, our parts professionals have the necessary resources to cross-check any part and find a current replacement. 

Most parts that need to be ordered, if immediately available from the factory, can ship within 24 hours.

We strongly encourage you, if at all possible, to bring your part in and let one of our parts professionals take a look at it. However, we know all parts can’t be brought in to the store, that’s why we have a fleet of service trucks on call at all times.
